Modern hotel, comfortable beds, brand-new rooms. Good breakfast with a wide array of options to choose from. Exceptionally nice and decent location to a Royal museum. Walking distance to a market and convenience stores across the street. Very good experience there.

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Large and beautifully designed room and extremely comfy bed, we had a good rest. We thoroughly enjoyed the clean bathroom here. Its location was favourable, not far from Easy to get to Seoul Station, a bus or metro, and the subway which is one stop from Seoul Station. Yongsan-Gu district was worth visiting.

Incredible central location really close to the train station and the subway 4 station as well as many restaurants and metro station. Furthermore, near tube.

The venue has favourable and excellent location easy to access from the airport via airport bus or the subway. New-fashioned, tastefully decorated room complete with great views, very comfortable beds, mirrors.

The view from my room was amazing, with large windows allowing for a great cityscape. The bathtub was a highlight, providing a much-needed relaxation after a long day exploring. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room had all the amenities I needed.

The bathroom layout was a bit inconvenient, with the shower and sink in separate sections. The service at the front desk was hit or miss, with one staff member being rude and interrupting.

I had new-fashioned and good sized room complete with great views as well as very comfortable beds. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always with a smile on face. Location: the hotel was near to the Seoul station and Lotte Mart and Easy to get to Seoul Station. Easily reached Hanna ne Gimbap, located relatively near the venue, had lunch/dinner there.

The bed was very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The subway station being nearby made it convenient for exploring the city. The room had a good amount of sunlight and the beds were comfortable. The view of Namsan Tower was amazing. I also liked that the bathroom had a bathtub and a bidet. The convenience of having a train station and subway station close by was a big plus.

The rooms are new-fashioned and well-designed with very comfortable beds, great views, mirrors. 21 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to the public transport.

Clean hotel, and the staff were very kind, location was favourable close to the subway.

It is conveniently located right in front of a subway station, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The rooms were quite spacious and had a nice view. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, there were several decent restaurants close by, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat without having to go far.

There were some minor issues with the cleanliness of the rooms.

My room included climate control, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. The views across mountain were amazing! This location was particularly good and excellent, short walk to the subway which is one stop from Seoul Station and the train station and the subway 4 station.

We loved the location of the hotel since it was right in front of the subway station and away from the train station. It was easy to travel around this city since it was quite close to a few decent restaurants if we didn't want to go far and very close to the metro station. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and tidy. The staff was efficient, and it took just a second for check-in and check-out.
